Who we are. This website is operated by Pharma Source LLC (“PharosPharma”, “we”). Contact: contact@pharos-pharma.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: the details you enter — name, work email, phone (optional), job title, company, role and your message. We use them only to reply to your request and to follow up on it. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
• Early-access list: your work email, if you ask to be notified when accounts open. We use it only to send that notification, then delete it once accounts are live or when you ask us to. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Website statistics: we count visits with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool. It does not store IP addresses or set cookies, and it cannot identify you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and do not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

Where it's kept and for how long

On our servers in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany/Finland). Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@pharos-pharma.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
